MWO Rail Competition – March 2nd, 2013

March 2nd, 2013 will be the day of The Midwest Open Rail Competition at Cascade Mountain! Come on out and show off your jibbing skills with some of the Midwest’s other skiers and riders.

The Rail Comp will start at 1pm and will be located in the base area.  Skiers and Riders will be judged on style, difficulty, and clean landings.  Each Skier/Rider will get five runs at the rail features.  The top six, best single scores, will move onto the finals.

Registration day of event will be $20.  See the Schedule of Events for on-site registration location, and check in times.

A Competition Release of Liability is required for all competitors.  Helmets and a valid lift ticket are required to participate.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  (If you are not 18 years of age, you must have a parent or legal guardian signature on the Competition Release of Liability to participate.)

There will be four classes: 

16+ Ski

16+ Snowboard

15- Ski

15- Snowboard

(there may be a women’s mixed class if enough women sign up)
