Participants skiing, snowboarding or snow tubing at Cascade Mountain are encouraged to complete a waiver release form. Those under 18 years of age not accompanied by an adult should print any of the following waivers and have a parent/guardian sign in advance.

 

Snow Tubing Only Waiver

Print a copy of the Cascade Mountain Snow Tubing Waiver. This waiver form is required for all individuals who go snow tubing at Cascade Mountain.

Minor Rental Waiver

Print a copy of the Cascade Mountain Minor Rental Wavier. This waiver form is required for all individuals who are under 18 not accompanied by an adult and renting Cascade Mountain Rental Equipment.

Season Pass/Card Waiver
Print a copy of the Cascade Mountain Season Pass/Card Waiver. This waiver form is required for all individuals purchasing a Season Pass at Cascade Mountain.  Bring it with you went you pick up your pass.
